Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record in deploying quantum or AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech frameworks and ethical AI principles
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex problem-solving
- Certifications in quantum computing, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and AI ethics
- Experience with federal grant applications for R&D initiatives
