Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI consciousness, quantum-encrypted networks, and biometric authentication systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototyping next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and private sector disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and market opportunities
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving existential challenges through technological solutions
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global research networks and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies or products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or blockchain architectures
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Portfolio demonstrating work on human-computer interfaces or immersive experiences
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies
