Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for disruptive product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions
- Present future technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and researchers
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
