Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap, aligning strategic goals with emerging tech trends to ensure our products remain market leaders.
- Tech Evaluation & Integration: Spearhead the evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Web3) and architect scalable integration strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to identify high-impact technology initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot programs for futuristic technologies, assessing their viability for mass adoption.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology shifts and competitor advancements to proactively adapt our strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for major organizations.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to anticipate future tech trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML systems, and scalable software development life cycles.
- Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex architectural challenges with innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
