We are not just predicting the future; we are building it. As a key architect of our innovation strategy, you will identify high-impact technologiesāfrom advanced Generative AI to Spatial Computingāand integrate them into our core product ecosystem.
Your Mission
To develop and execute a robust '2026 Horizon' strategy that positions Nexus Innovations as a market leader in technological adoption and strategic foresight.
Responsibilities
- Develop the '2026 Horizon' Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for emerging technologies, defining clear milestones and deliverables for the next 3-5 years.
- Trend Analysis & Research: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify disruptive technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive advancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate high-level tech trends into actionable business strategies.
- Pilot Programs & Adoption: Design and oversee pilot programs for new technologies (e.g., AI Agents, Blockchain) to assess viability and ROI before full-scale deployment.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Innovations at industry conferences and publish insights on the future of technology.
- Resource Allocation: Recommend budget allocations and resource distribution to support strategic tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Strategy within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex strategic projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, MBA, or similar are a plus.
