- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and implementation of breakthrough technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced IoT.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitor innovations, and global technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for innovative initiatives and allocate R&D budgets effectively.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and oversee an internal innovation lab to prototype and test future concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Team Development: Mentor a team of strategists and futurists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Future Operations.
- Proven experience in Strategic Planning with a demonstrated ability to forecast industry shifts 3-5 years in advance.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning architectures, and their business implications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
