Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our five-year strategic goals.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor global trends in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical executives and investors to secure buy-in.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Sales to integrate new technologies into our core offerings.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the execution of experimental pilot projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and future tech paradigms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive cultural change.
