Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to drive innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of strategic technology initiatives.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members to secure buy-in and funding.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Oversee risk management related to technological adoption and data security.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale strategic technology projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
