Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine strategic value.
- Lead the architectural design of future-proof systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent to foster a culture of innovation.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations or large-scale digital initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast long-term tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Relevant degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
