Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning emerging trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year roadmaps for AI, biotech, and clean energy initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic research centers
- Present quarterly strategy briefings to the board and executive stakeholders
- Oversee the $50M innovation fund allocation for high-impact 2026 pilot projects
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological disruption and market readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at executive level (VP/Director)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
