- Establish R&D priorities and secure $15M+ annual innovation budget

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in future-tech forecasting methodologies
- Successful execution of $10M+ innovation portfolios
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
