Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Future Tech Strategist to lead the definition of our technological roadmap for 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technological trends and our long-term business objectives. You will be responsible for scouting disruptive innovations, assessing their potential impact, and integrating them into our core strategy to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of the digital revolution.

Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for technological innovation and adoption.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR, Biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business teams on the future vision.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of new technology integrations.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for forward-looking initiatives.
- Act as a thought leader by presenting the 2026 vision to stakeholders and the industry at large.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully defining long-term technical roadmaps for large-scale organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
