Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond, aligning with corporate vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and pilot deployment of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and autonomous systems.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate shifts in the tech ecosystem that could impact our business model by 2026.
- Manage relationships with key industry partners, startups, and academic institutions to source cutting-edge innovations.
- Define success metrics for future-tech initiatives and oversee the execution of proof-of-concept (POC) projects.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and adaptability within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends (e.g., AI, Edge Computing, Web3) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
