Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology landscape, identifying key trends and innovations required to lead the market by the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Web3) to assess their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term technology strategies that align with business goals and drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation workshops and pilot programs to test and validate new concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on competitor strategies and industry shifts to inform our own forward-looking decisions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a specific focus on long-term (5-10 year) forecasting.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and Future UI/UX paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivoting strategies based on market data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
