Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) and assess their viability for integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs for future tech adoption.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business growth goals.
- Monitor global tech trends to predict shifts in the market.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives aimed at the 2026 timeframe.
- Develop a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or services.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets of $5M+.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
