Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and Web3 integration for the 2026 market cycle.
- Architect scalable backend systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and quantum computing interfaces.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends, evaluating their viability for immediate and long-term deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic UI/UX paradigms into our core product suite.
- Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Establish ethical guidelines and security protocols for autonomous systems and AI agents.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics models.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and edge computing.
- Strong background in data privacy, cybersecurity, and the ethical implications of AI development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with future-tech stacks including Rust, Go, and WebAssembly is highly preferred.
