- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee an internal R&D lab dedicated to prototyping and testing future-facing solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem, including startups, academic institutions, and think tanks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget for future tech initiatives, ensuring optimal investment in high-impact areas.
- Change Management: Lead the cultural shift required to adopt futuristic technologies, ensuring the workforce is prepared for the changes 2026 will bring.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with a proven track record of forward-thinking planning.
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
