Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technology to forecast future opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to ensure R&D, Product, and Marketing teams are synchronized on the 2026 vision.
- Develop long-term financial models and resource allocation strategies to support the 2026 strategic goals.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in the tech landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Present complex strategic plans to the C-suite and executive board.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Proven track record of forecasting and developing long-term (5+ year) strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Experience leading diverse teams and managing stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
