Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the implementation of technology strategies tailored for the 2026 operational landscape.
- Tech Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for emerging technologies, including AI agents, blockchain, and edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation workshops to foster a culture of forward-thinking problem solving.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
- Standards Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural standards that ensure security, scalability, and interoperability in future systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior technical role, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), machine learning paradigms, and cybersecurity protocols relevant to 2026 standards.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar advanced architectural certifications are highly preferred.
