Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on breakthrough innovations for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) to forecast market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design teams to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Resource Allocation: Assess resource needs and budget requirements to support long-term tech initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead pilot programs and feasibility studies for experimental technologies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and automation.
