Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates future market shifts.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with leading technology innovators and research institutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives focused on future-proofing our infrastructure and product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable development plans.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technologies and global tech trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D, with a proven track record of leading long-term transformation initiatives.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of future tech trends, specifically in AI, Quantum, and advanced computing paradigms relevant to 2026.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
