Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with the company’s long-term business goals and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Blockchain, Biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and potential threats.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to prioritize initiatives and secure buy-in for strategic pivots.
- Innovation Management: Establish frameworks for innovation labs and pilot programs to test and validate future technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to ensure Nexus Horizon maintains a competitive edge through 2026 and beyond.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution to ensure high-impact projects receive necessary support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and executing long-term strategic plans.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Quantum, Cloud Native) and their business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: High tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive approach to navigating rapidly changing market conditions.
