Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a comprehensive roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI readiness, Quantum integration, and advanced Web3 protocols.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends to predict technological shifts by 2026, advising the C-Suite on potential disruptions and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to align futuristic tech initiatives with business objectives and operational goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global competitors to benchmark our 2026 technology adoption against market leaders.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., next-gen AI models, sustainable tech) for feasibility and implementation potential.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term (3-5 year) technology strategies with a specific focus on future-proofing.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current tech trends and a demonstrated ability to anticipate future shifts (e.g., AI evolution, Web3, IoT).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
