Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategic planning for systems targeting deployment and optimization in 2026.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current operational workflows.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and migration strategies for legacy infrastructure.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape to ensure business continuity.
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proofing methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on scalability.
- Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and the ethical implications of future tech.
- Experience in a strategic, consultative role or as a CTO/VP of Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
