Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototyping labs for experimental tech
- Conduct foresight analysis on emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable commercial applications
- Present findings to C-suite and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies for futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or blockchain 3.0
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience leading teams through technology adoption lifecycles
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Proficiency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
