Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends and geopolitical factors to identify strategic opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders for $50M+ investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national laboratories
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of shipping category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves and adoption timelines
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (for DoE partnerships)
