Responsibilities
- Lead technology roadmapping for 2026 product ecosystem
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development and feasibility studies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reviews
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Represent company at global tech summits (WEF, CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies (Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, Rust preferred)
