Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams in next-gen implementation methodologies
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech innovations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
