- Develop future-proof infrastructure frameworks supporting 10x scalability and quantum-resistant security
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present tech vision to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive adoption of agile development methodologies for rapid prototyping and iteration
- Oversee patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to model complex socio-technological ecosystems
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFTE)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants and DARPA-style funding
