Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-digital)
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric design
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching 2+ breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
