Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ tech roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks

- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant writing and venture partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in strategic leadership roles
- Published research in quantum algorithms or AI alignment systems
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of tech regulatory landscapes (US/EU/Asia)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
