Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D, partnerships, and M&A opportunities
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking within technical teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, decentralized systems, biotech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling technology strategies in high-growth environments
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
