Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused execution
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Fluency in futures analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning)
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
