Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains

- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants
