Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted communication systems
- Conduct scenario planning for AI governance and ethical implementation frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for pilot programs
- Partner with academic institutions on quantum computing research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
