Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI, quantum computing, or biotech implementation

- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
