Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AR/VR, and decentralized systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3+ concurrent projects
- Mentor a team of 12+ technical specialists and futurists
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of: Quantum Computing, Generative AI, Blockchain, Neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
