Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or enterprise architecture
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
