- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate futuristic startups and acquisition targets
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term tech adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruption (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R
- Published thought leadership in tech futures (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
