Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments for future-proofing strategies
- Present strategic proposals to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype development
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies

- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
