Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Lead stakeholder workshops with Fortune 500 partners to align 2026 innovation priorities
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech verticals
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized autonomous systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
- Secure patents for proprietary technology frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in technology consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging tech trends (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience securing $5M+ in venture capital for tech ventures
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
