Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and AR/VR
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual budget
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future technologies
- Build external ecosystem relationships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment decisions
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
