Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-24 month vision horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors with ROI projections
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical tech dynamics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, decentralized systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+ capacity)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
