Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and biotech pioneers
- Present future technology forecasts to the board of directors
- Manage a $50M R&D portfolio for emerging tech ventures
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead a 12-person future-tech incubation team
- Represent the company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution (MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R/Go)
- Certification in emerging tech governance frameworks
