Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or sustainable energy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (articles, patents, or books)
