Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and future trend analysis
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, or advanced automation systems
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
