Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AR/VR integration)
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption timelines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready features in current development cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across product portfolios
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateForward at the technology vanguard
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends (demonstrated via patents, published research, or successful product launches)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience working with agile methodologies in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
