Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) for strategic opportunity assessment
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum data governance
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG 2030 goals and market disruption scenarios
- Present futuristic vision to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML architecture, quantum computing principles, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio demonstrating work on 3+ future-focused initiatives with 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data visualization tools
