Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes
- Design scalable solutions for quantum-AI integration challenges
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with ESG goals
- Mentor junior researchers in future tech methodologies
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D or strategic innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching tech products from concept to market
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
