Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in neural interfaces and sustainable energy systems
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation pipeline with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget across 15+ global innovation hubs
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in AR/VR and climate tech
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic vision at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching products in quantum/AI/biotech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or similar
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier innovation journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
